SEARCH TAKATA AIRBAG SAFETY RECALL USING YOUR VIN
Not all cars in a model line-up may be affected when a recall is issued. To verify whether your own car is part of a Takata recall please enter your unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) below.
For the Initiation Schedule table refer to the bottom of the page.
HOW TO FIND YOUR VIN
Your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) can be found on a plate which is visible through the windshield. It is usually located at the base of the windshield on the left hand side or on the certification label in the driver door opening. If you cannot locate it here, please contact your local Jaguar Retailer.
Please note, recall information is only available for recalls issued in the last 15 years and for vehicles from 1995 Model Year onwards. For older vehicles, please contact the Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 312 828.
If your vehicle is not currently under an active recall it may later be recalled.
Jaguar Australia will attempt to contact affected customers at the relevant time. To update your contact details please click here.
Vehicles that have had a frontal airbag replaced following a collision or other incident may have been fitted with a faulty airbag and could require replacement. Contact a Retailer to arrange an inspection of the airbag.
Please contact our Jaguar Customer Relationship Centre (CRC) team for all enquiries and concerns.
