PRODUCT RECALL SEARCH
Not all cars in a model line-up may be affected when a recall is issued. To verify whether your own car is part of a recall please enter your unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) into the Recall Search.
HOW TO FIND YOUR VIN
Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped onto a plate, visible through the lowest part on the left-hand side of the windscreen.
The VIN is also included on an Australian Compliance label located on the driver-side door opening for applicable vehicles.
The VIN can be located in the Remote app under the more tab at the bottom of the screen for vehicles at model year 21 and onwards.
Please note, recall information is only available for recalls issued in the last 15 years and for vehicles from 1995 Model Year onwards. For older vehicles, please contact the Customer Relationship Center
